Business Development Focus Participants track key metrics tied to their business and leadership growth. We focus on what’s working, what’s not, and where to improve.

Hot Seat Coaching Real situations are brought into the room and worked through live:

Sales and client conversations
Leadership challenges
Growth decisions
Communication and positioning

This is where participants develop the ability to think, communicate, and respond in real time.

Commitments Each session ends with clear, measurable actions to execute before the next meeting.

Between Sessions

Participants stay connected through a private Difference Maker Mastermind community where they can:

Share wins and challenges
